Original Rating: Medium works well for a 6.5" wrist, although if your wrist is under 6.3", I'd go for the small. Tight but not tight, the material feels comfortable. Update: Over the next week the band has loosened enough that I would recommend downsizing. Also, the band has actually separated from the part that fits the watch, so one of the bands is now unusable. I no longer feel safe using these bands because if this happened while I was actually using the band (rather than noticing that it came loose and was no longer used) the watch could fall off and break.
