The support team was able to provide me with all of my questions in order for us to solve our issues quickly as possible, they were very knowledgeable about their product! I felt like we had an understanding right away that would not have been there otherwise which helped improve the overall experience from both sides (us & them). There are no downsides or dislikes at this time; however should any problems arise it will be dealt immediately by customer service who provides excellent solutions while also ensuring your issue remains private between you two only. This software has allowed many departments within our organization to work closely together seamlessly without having access points where one department can intrude into another's area/space providing better communication throughout each division. It helps everyone know what others do so nothing gets missed along the way when making decisions across multiple divisions. We use appropyo primarily because its easy.
