Plastic disc, one month use.
spring, washer and grinding part. Fell into my food. When I found the plastic disc, it was already partially melted. This was only after a month of use. The 2nd mill still works. But it would be better if the washer was metal so it doesn't melt if it falls out like mine when rubbed against a hot pan.
