I like that you can see trends as well, so it is much easier for me knowing what's going where in my store. The UI needs to be improved - more customizable or even better make the template available online somewhere! Definitely try this software out while considering other solutions such as those offered by Yotpo or Google Analytics 360+. It helps track social media mentions and gives insight on which posts bring customers back. This also allows us to know how many times each page of our website has been viewed.
