Don't buy plastic wire clips. Buy it!
I wish I could find them at the local hardware store I've had in the past, but if you can't, that's great. I own a small window covering shop and install motorized blinds from time to time. I used plastic wire clips to hold the power cords in place and they all rotted and broke within two weeks, ten of them all. I've used them to replace broken plastic zip ties and know they stay functional and don't need to be replaced.
