I really wanted to use this, I had an old plastic one that I was using and I wasn't sure how long it would last so I figured I'd go to stainless steel switch. When first used, the pieces of cheese got stuck in the slots of the grater (front and back) that don't grate. Then, as I place the cheese on a plate at the table, I notice black spots on the grated Parmesan cheese. I asked my husband what this could be from, I washed the grater before using and is it all stainless steel? He couldn't understand it either. And the next time there were black dots on the cheese. The handle is hard to squeeze when using the rotator, I even asked my husband to try it with big hands and he agreed. Now I'm back to my old plastic which works way better than this one. Very disappointed!
