Review on Datanyze by Tyler Kota

The ease of using the tool to capture leads is what I like best about datanzye. It's easy for my team member who needs to enter data into multiple accounts all at once. There are some questions or fields they don't have answers for so it can be difficult to get them entered but this could just be because we haven't used their entire product yet. This isn't an issue when doing our weekly reports though as those are pretty straightforward. We were able to identify many new potential clients within minutes after entering their names in a few different ways. I love that it is simple to use and has so many tools at our fingertips! There are times when we have been using it for a while and there will be glitches where they don't work properly. Sometimes there isn't even an option for us to delete certain data that doesn't belong to us. They do offer help, but sometimes it can take hours to get them to respond. We are able to track our leads and their contact info. We also keep track of how many calls we make and what time of day to best reach out to them.
