Simple way create quality sales opportunities

The ease of using the tool to capture leads is what I like best about datanzye. It's easy for my team member who needs to enter data into multiple accounts all at once. There are some questions or fields they don't have answers for so it can be difficult to get them entered but this could just be because we haven't used their entire product yet. This isn't an issue when doing our weekly reports though as those are pretty straightforward. We were able to identify many new potential clients…

  • Allows you access across various programs with minimal effort.
  • Tracks your progress easily through analytics
  • Great customer service if something goes wrong (which rarely happens)

  • Not enough options available without purchasing additional add ons

Great tool for collecting data from various sources into SFDC

The best part about this software is it syncs to Salesforce! I had an issue where my contacts were not fully importing into CRM through Data Anywhere but they've fixed them in recent updates for us (I think?) If there's anything we dislike or would like changed then please let me know so we can make those changes as well :) We have been able solve our issues of data collection by using their product because now all leads are going straight back into SFDC via API instead just manually collecting

  • Automatically pulls lead information from sales cloud.
  • Sync with other tools seamlessly such Excel, etc
Cons
  • It didn't sync up perfectly at first when bringing over new account numbers/leads; however after fixing that problem things worked out great

Great software when prospecting: Datanyze

Datanyze has helped us find the right prospects for our sales team. The ability to search by company size, industry, and more is very helpful. The ability to export the data directly to Salesforce is also very helpful. The only thing I don't like about Datanyze is that sometimes the data is not as up-to-date as I would like. It is a great tool and I highly recommend it. I have found that it is very helpful in finding prospects that fit our needs. I am able to find prospects that fit my criteria
