A really bad sign when the defaulting company expects complaints.

CyberPower CSP600WSU 1200W/125V Surge Protector, 6 Rotatable Outlets, 2 USB Charging Ports, Wall Mount Do not buy. Bought specifically to protect my Zeppelin Wireless. The device is out of order due to burned out equipment. When I contacted CyberPower about their promise to guarantee up to $75,000 on connected devices, their rep asked for proof of purchase. I provided everything and the agent repeated the request and threatened that if I didn't provide the information within 15 days, the claim would be denied. This led to a taunting 15 email exchanges with the agent repeating the request and I wrote that I had provided all the information requested. Damaged Device Claim. Get rid of the headache, buy another device. When I asked the Washington Attorney General's office for CyberPower's contact information, the CyberPower agent said the office had all the information. It's a bad sign when the offending company is expecting a complaint from your state's Attorney's Office.
