Difficult to set up. It took longer than I thought it needed BUT I did it 6 months ago and it's been perfect ever since. Patience pays off. I only wrote this because I saw a lot of negative feedback about focus, image size and a few other issues I encountered. All I can say is that this projector works great if you take the time to set it up properly. I've had two Crenovas that installed themselves and died within a few months of purchase. And their customer service is non-existent, believe me, I actually tried them and their only response was to provide more information.
