Great vehicle. I installed on my JKU 2014. I also have a spare spacer for my 35x12.5 spare. This mount fits perfectly. You will need to sand down the powder coating underneath the top antenna hole and outside of the two screw holes. This provides a good chassis ground and saves me from using a ground strap as I originally intended. If your build is similar to mine, you will need longer screws (M8 1.25 with 13mm thread) and six washers to install this straight. Two flat washers at the bottom and one at the top, then insert a longer screw to secure them. As you unscrew the two factory bolts, you will hear the nut holder drop into the tailgate. Do not worry. You can access it through the outer center vent to put it back in place. It just pulls out. Once the bracket is installed, you can reinstall it. In the last two photos there are no double washers between the bracket and the bar holder. If you look closely, you'll see that it sits at an angle.
