Updated: The bracket failed on the 1st ride and the light is broken but will be replaced

I've had this flashlight for about 5 hours and it broke because the bracket didn't hold the flashlight securely enough. After charging the light, I installed the mount to the handlebars, then attached the light...waited for a click and made sure it was installed. After a few kilometers I hit a bump and the light went out. The initial damage was cosmetic and I reinstalled the light, heard a click and shook it to make sure it was in place. Less than 100 or so feet later, another bang and the lantern flew again. The damage this time was more scratches and the sliding part on the hood was broken. I called and was able to get a replacement and will let you know how well it works. Note the strain warnings. The little I spent on it, the lantern seemed to be well built. The flashlight itself is smaller than I expected and feels very solid in the hand. It seems very bright just turning it on in my garage and feels a bit heavy. May be too difficult to assemble. Can't comment on how well the flashlight performs in the field as it was damaged before I could use it in the dark. As it gets replaced I'll see if it was just a bad mount. I will update this review. If I need to return a replacement. I deduct another star. UPDATE (02012021) The replacement has arrived, the light is secure in the bracket. After about 6-7 miles and a few bumps the plastic mount broke and the light bounced. The mountain literally split in half. It's a solid and durable lantern (there were 2 and both survived detaching and hitting the ground at a decent speed) but it's too heavy for the brackets that come with it. I've downgraded the rating to 1 star and sadly coming back and looking at a light that can handle road bumps without breaking. None made it through the first road test.
