I love making lemon tarts in French so I need something to lift all the dough out of the mold once it's done (I loathe that one Try to cut him (the cake out of the pan) - worked great. I sprinkled them before use, but I baked the crust beforehand and then added it to my filling - after it cooled, I lifted the entire pie out of the pan slightly and it came out perfectly with no tears. Definitely recommend. They are a good weight and size.
