Very nice yarn/thread. This is a very good quality satin and as with satin your hands should be free of rough nail edges and dry skin which tend to cling to your "fabric" you are creating. I use it when my hands, which are dry in winter, transport more moisture. I only made it to round 3 when serving and gave up all the deadlifts I was building.
