Item arrived in pristine condition and was delivered on time. For context: I'm not a gamer. I bought this video editing device. Therefore, my rating of "gaming" stars should be treated with caution. However, judging by how it handles video editing, I'm sure it's reliable. While my old machines worked fine, Adobe designed their latest software to only work well with upgraded hardware. I was lagging behind the 4th and 5th generation Intel processors. I only have some experience with AMD. But this Ryzen 5 3600 is amazing! After going through the setup process, I immediately ran a test with the current documentary I'm working on. Before this machine I tried several times to render 2-4 hours of timecode stitched interviews to give to the producer. Each time it worked for 12-16 hours and either crashed or 99% failed. Immensely disappointed and after spending literally days rendering I bought this poor mF'er. My first exam. Had my first 4 hour interview in under an hour! (HD video). I knew immediately that I had made the right choice. Haven't tried taxing 4K video yet, but I expect it will handle it well. Why only 4 stars? Well, as some have pointed out (and I was aware of this), the wifi is pretty weak. I had to put it very close to my router (which isn't near my office) to run updates and install the needed programs. Also, the sound is not very good. Luckily I have an external Behringer USB sound box. As soon as I plugged it in, the sound was ok! I have no issues with the included mouse and keyboard other than the short mouse cable. As a right-hander, I can't put the mouse in the back of the box and have a lot of leeway with my desk. An extension will fix this. It would be great if there was more than one additional PCI connector on the motherboard since the graphics card takes up so much space. This limits the installation of an internal sound card, a better wireless card, and an external SATA card, which I use for drive docking. I knew that when I bought it. So it's more because I don't take the time to really look. I also didn't know (for my part) that there was no space for a DVD burner in the case. Not a big deal by today's standards, but sometimes I still need to burn DVDs for clients. External will fix it. I was able to easily add an internal 7200 drive for storage, and soon I will easily add a couple of SSDs for the storage I need for editing. Overall I'm impressed. Skytech did a great job putting this thing together and while it's not about performance I really like the LED lights and the changing colors. Makes this thing look like a work of art! My minor complaints aside (I knew there would be all of them), I'll be coming back wholeheartedly to Skytech for a future update. But I think I'll be fine for a while.
