My experience with 2funguys' online store, which I was delighted to test out because they have such an excellent range of gourmet food goods, was, however, a complete and utter failure. To begin, their website is difficult to navigate and does not prioritize the customer experience. It was more difficult for me to navigate than trying to find my way out of a corn maze! The outcome of my order was less than satisfactory when it was finally delivered. The vegetables had gone bad, and at least part of the mushrooms did not appear to be in the best possible shape. As the manager of a food product company, I am well aware of the significance of quality and freshness, yet 2funguys fell short in both regards. I admire that they maintain strong relationships with the farmers and producers in their area, but it seems as though those relationships should be strengthened further to ensure that their products are always fresh. It is not enough to merely state that you are passionate about offering products that are both fresh and delicious; the proof is in the produce! My experience with 2funguys was not very positive overall, and I am unable to say that I would recommend their services to other people. Their web store gave me the impression that I was the punchline to a joke, despite the fact that they may be funny people.
