Drive ID says it's an 8TB Seagate which I think explains the error. I did a full disk zero on this drive and it worked fine until it hit 7.75T, at which point it started throwing left and right errors. Even after canceling the operation it continued to have unrecoverable errors until the last unraid turned it off. After less than 3 days of use, most of which is a basic pre-cleanse, I return to Revain.
