I was very let down by the Wintialy Online Store.

I recently made several purchases from the Wintialy online store, and sadly, my experience was not satisfying in any way. I bought some jewelry and some apparel. Because of the delay in shipping, I did not receive my item until two weeks after the date that was promised for delivery. The descriptions on the website were accurate, however the products themselves were of low quality and did not live up to their billing. When I tried to address these concerns, the customer support crew did not respond and was not helpful. This made the situation even worse. They did not take any responsibility for the issues with my order, nor did they provide any answers or suggestions. In addition to being a nuisance, the process of returning the item required that I pay for return postage out of my own personal funds. In my capacity as a social media influencer, I would not advise my followers to shop at the Wintialy online store. An unhappy shopping experience can be attributed to the low quality of their products as well as the subpar treatment of their customers. It's a shame because their website has a nice design, but both the things they sell and their customer service leave a lot to be desired.
