Not helpful for sports activities
According to my EXPERIENCE this lumbar support pillow did not prove useful during sports and outdoor activities. It was uncomfortable and hindered my movements.On the plus side, it provided good support while sitting at my desk. However, for someone who is looking for lumbar support during sports activities, this product may not be the right fit..
