Quality and general problems

Quality needs improvement, welds, threads, screws fell out, needs better powder paint. Concerned about the calibration issue or lack of calibration of this device. They have instructions on how to mitigate the temperature difference, but the question is: is 350 really 350? Why isn't my print sticking? The instructions list a fuse, but the power switch, but there is no fuse on the box, also saw exactly the same machine for $ 30 cheaper.
