I just received this item on the 26th December. The first time I used it was just today. I bought a set. I've been looking for a Saladmaster like product as I can't afford one. I figured this product was the best alternative as both are made in the USA and made from 316Ti. I just used this pan to cook mixed veggies with shrimp and I haven't even used it longer because I like my veggies to be half cooked. When I washed my hands with a soft sponge, I immediately dried them as instructed in the instructions for use of the dishes. The inside of the pan became discolored, dark and flecked with white.
