I accidentally left something on and burned my frying pan like using it for the third time. black pulp for sale. soak in water, then mix baking soda and water and heat on stove. ripped right off with my plastic brick scraper. Washed with a sponge and dish soap, looked like new. I was so impressed that I immediately ordered a 5-piece set. The only thing they could change is the thickness of the lids, they seem a bit flimsy but they're still ok. look nice too

The pans look strong, have good heat distribution and are of good thickness. My problem is that the rivets don't sit exactly on the inside of the pans. They stick out too much and there is a small gap between the rivets and the inner surface of the pan where the food gets stuck making it difficult to remove. This is a good way to attract bacteria. UPDATE: These pans are amazing. I have used them a lot and am very happy with them. Tips: Always heat them on low-medium heat for about a minute, then add the oil. Even for things you think don't need oil, add some oil (I use olive oil). That keeps her free. The cleaning, in my case, is hot water and a scratch-free washcloth. I am 100% happy with them.
