love pans very good quality. I accidentally left something on and burned my frying pan like using it for the third time. black pulp for sale. soak in water, then mix baking soda and water and heat on stove. ripped right off with my plastic brick scraper. Washed with a sponge and dish soap, looked like new. I was so impressed that I immediately ordered a 5-piece set. The only thing they could change is the thickness of the lids, they seem a bit flimsy but they're still ok. look nice too
