Reagent squares fall into water and still not absorbing

No matter how carefully I drop them, the reagent squares fall into the water half the time. However, only the edges are stained, so you can tell there is some yes/no ammonia, but you'll never get an accurate reading. Very disappointed, will not buy again.

Pros
