It may be universal, but it doesn't seem to fit every car. It took a lot of work to make it fit. It was too long and I had to cut the inner plastic to fit the short wire inside. I need to do more to adjust the curvature of my roof. The glue holds it just enough but not tight. You can pull it off by hand, but it seems like it will stay together even after highway trips. I got it working but I'm very disappointed with the product.
