This unit generates a lot of heat and is well built! However, it is huge, but this device is very noisy. I have tried many times to find a 2000w squirrel cage foot warmer. They always came empty-handed. Amazon responder said he has a squirrel cage fan. (Let me get this straight. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer told me he had a squirrel cage.) The seller was a pleasure to work with and he was willing to return it. However, he ran out of options and had to replace the original heater, and for now he kept, choosing to tolerate the noise. I have many other wall mounted squirrel cage heaters that run silently.
