The camera is good, the camera mount is cheap junk plastic that sticks out a lot instead of a big flat metal mount. I'm sure it will snap in the desert sun and wind in a year or two at most. Trying to use a real DVR is everything you would expect from something made in China. It will keep asking you for your password. EVERYTHING YOU CLICK ON, CONSTANTLY. SWITCH FOR LIGHT, ZOOM, CAMERA. NO KEYBOARD. YOU MUST USE A MOUSE AND A PASSWORD WITH 5 OR MORE CHARACTERS. Their 24/7 support line is open 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. I just spent hours setting it up, now I'll spend hours taking it off to return it. Did I mention it has a terribly noisy hard drive that spins all the time? This really sucks, Revain allows them to combine reviews so you don't see and probably never will see a real review for this product. Apparently a different product is being sold that has never been used by the people who made it.
