If it works, you won't be able to open most of the recorded data. Don't waste money.

Not working properly. I had it for a week to see what was going on in my garage while I was on vacation. Needless to say, he worked the first hour and then didn't record anything at all. Also, half of what it catches won't let you open or view. It happened again, but I wanted to give it one more chance before I gave it up. I wouldn't waste your money on this case. I am extremely disappointed.

Not sure what I'm thinking

SO DISAPPOINTED. I received the camera and was excited to set it up. I read the instructions and realized I didn't need to format the drive or remove the "film" from the camera lens. I set up my camera and waited for the morning to see what wild animals I had captured. Instead, I have lots of photos and videos of Asians wallowing at work. I deleted the photos and tried again the next evening. and I got a lot of pictures that were distorted. I ordered new scan discs today and will try again…

Exactly what we needed!

So far this is EXACTLY what I needed and hasn't cost a fortune. Ease of use after reading all the instructions. A mini SD card is required. So note that you need a $2 mini SD adapter to insert the SD card and view it on your computer. Which I can highly recommend. Photos can also be viewed directly on the game camera, but the screen is small enough to see the animals in great detail. Excellent product, best optics

Works better than expected. High resolution in pictures and videos. The only problem is that it only records one night at night as the battery level used to take photos and videos is barely below a fresh battery. There is an external 6 volt connector that I will be using. However, I couldn't find a link to the connection. I've tried what I have but nothing works. I ordered an in-between size from Revain and will see if it fits. Do I regret my purchase? Of course, this isn't the best performer…

When this camera works, it's great; but the problem is that too often it doesn't work properly.

The Vikeri trail camera has a lot going for it, but mine creates tons of corrupted .JPG photos and .AVI video files. I have a family of foxes living under my shed so I bought this camera to photograph foxes and kittens. Two days later it turned out to be dead, so I bought a top competitor camera (which worked fine). Vikeri was completely unusable and blocked so I wanted to send it back.
