We were throwing a poker style bachelor/bachelorette party for a close friend and I was looking for cheap jewelry. We already had giant dice, playing card pieces and balloons, but I needed something else to put on the tables. Since flowers are an easy option for table decorations and artificial flowers last longer than real ones, these little hydrangea heads were a great choice. They were short enough not to get in the way on the table and were easily transported in a small box with some other decorations. I used two hydrangea flower heads in 4x4 boxes I made to hold the flowers. They filled the boxes and there were many flowers on each flower head giving them a finished look. For ten of these flower heads they were a really good price and they are still in good condition so I can use them again for another party. when touched, and they turned my hands slightly red. The redness disappeared from my hands after I washed them and quickly vacuumed up the flower residue. I noticed that when I forcefully wiped the leftovers off my white table, some red remained. I wiped the table with a Clorox cloth and the red stains were gone. I would recommend taking these flowers outside and lightly dusting them before using and if you still have drips gently rub them on the ground to soak them up.
