These filters did not work properly. The paper in the filter was the wrong quality and the suction wasn't strong enough to get the water off the floor. I had to visit the Bissell workshop several times to find out. The mechanic always used one of his filters to show me that the vacuum wasn't the problem. I only noticed this after purchasing the filters from an Authorized Bissell Dealer and my vacuum was working properly again. I tore the paper from one of these fakes and saw that the paper was not the same as the Bissell brand. it was thicker and covered with a substance that prevented it from functioning properly.
