The Chinese also squeezed citrus fruits in a fun way: if you squeeze too hard, the oil will ooze out of the peel and spoil the flavor or juice. Two things to know about the Nemco is that it's large and might not fit under your kitchen cabinets. The advantage of this is that you can put a normal beer glass underneath. Another thing to know is that the handle rotates a gear to squeeze, and the handle rotates twice for each squeeze. Chinese was like a slot machine, it dropped once per click. If you plan to use the juicer for more than a year or two, you might want to pass it on to your kids, spend the money, and buy this one. Does a lot better and squeezes a lot more juice out of your citrus.
