Very disappointed. This set of 3 bowls seemed very useful. And that would be if all bowls were magnetic. Both the largest and smallest shells have strong magnetism. There are practically none in the middle bowl. All metal objects just fall out. And the medium bowl is just the size I needed most. I'm not sure if this is a defect in the set I received or if all medium bowls are the same. Thinking I might have a defective bowl as the smallest and largest bowls have hard magnets, I decided to swap out my set for a different one. . I have the same problem with the middle shell. Metal objects fall out of the bowl. The largest and smallest bowls work well. I am returning both sets for a refund. Find another brand to buy. Either this is intentional by the manufacturer or very poor quality control. I found another set at Revain and they are great. Each bowl has a very strong magnetic field throughout the bottom of the bowl.
