This product is really easy to use! The customer support team are incredibly helpful in solving any problem you have; I've never had issues or concerns. It sometimes seems like their help/support pages get confusingly designed which can make troubleshooting difficult (there's no way of easily knowing what an icon does - that could be solved by simply displaying more icons). Also as it gets less expensive new features keep being added but some people find those more annoying than useful. Try using other online tools for practice management first before deciding if its suitable enough for you needs- there are plenty about out now! Managing finances & scheduling appointments. I like that it is very simple to use for my small practice of one dentist (me). It's not as user friendly if you have multiple dentists or employees - but they do offer support via phone/email so this isn't an issue once we get past our first few days using them! We've been able fix some issues in-house without having another employee step into things when needed which has saved us time & money overall by doing these tasks ourselves rather than sending out bills etc..
