Even after reading the instructions and following the advice, the machine got stuck and the stitches fell out. It really does sound like I'm literally going to break it, even if I move slowly and steadily it will jam. I use recommended brands of thread and yet sometimes it didn't run smoothly, it felt like it was literally snapped. I'll try to see what happens but I can get my money back. It's hit or miss with that. I don't understand how easy it is for others. It's not cheap, but it actually works like it's cheap. I do not know. Sometimes it works. in most cases this is not the case. Also, I wanted a 48 gauge needle, not a 40. There is NO counter on it. I feel the company can improve this product and fix these shortcomings. Because there are many of them! I was only successful with at least one cap. The rest had problems. For the money I paid I was hoping for a good experience but now I know better. that the company can improve this product and correct these deficiencies. Because there are many of them!
