I have bought several of these collars. They work great. I never turn off the beep mode, but I like the three options they offer. It's AMAZING how long it stays charged. The range is beautiful and I live by a lake and my labs (we are 4 of us) love the water and get jibed in it all the time. They really are waterproof. So I wouldn't recommend buying them. One of the four I bought charges but the collar receiver no longer responds to the radio transmitter. I've read the manual and followed the troubleshooting tips several times. He still doesn't answer. It still has one year of warranty. I looked at the book and their website to call the number but it's not there. I assume because they are abroad. I have also emailed them several times and have received no response. Your customer service is terrible. I love the product but I'm afraid to spend more money on it if they don't support it.
