I followed all the recommendations (repeatedly reset the cache, ated the smartphone parameters for accessing the Internet from a mobile operator, reset the OS) - it did not help. The last recommendation from technical support: contact the service center. Strange, but there is no such service in our regional center, although there is more than one for iPhones. He asked me to give me at least the contacts of a trusted service center. Silence in response. In addition to all the above "charms" of using the Internet on this device, there is another significant drawback - poor reception quality. Often I either can’t get through, or they can’t get through to me. I reinstall the SIM cards in the old phone - everything is OK, there are no such problems either with the Internet or with communication at all . Before buying this gadget, I remained a fan of Samsung, although there were some problems with their household appliances within the statistical error. Now, with such an attitude - definitely disappointed in this company. Now I do not recommend this smartphone or the rest of the products of this company to anyone.
