Someone broke into my house, stole my wife's and my car keys, but was able to find my car in the apartment parking lot because my car battery was dead. Unfortunately they found my wife's car which we were using during this pandemic as we only needed a car whilst working mostly from home. but the dealer couldn't get it right either) I also bought this as an extra layer of protection. The car was stolen the very first night after I got it back from the dealer. With this lock around the clutch (I drive manual) I made sure it was locked as tightly as possible. I got the car back 5 days later (got that guy!) and I figured they might have sawed off my steering wheel or spent 45 minutes sawing off that lock. NO! It sat perfectly in my passenger seat. The thief picked the lock! DO NOT BUY, the keys are regular flat keys and are so easy to grab that you can pick them up with a paper clip.
