Bags smaller than advertised

It seemed like a good product until I started using it. The 20-30 gallon bag was too small for my 23 gallon recycle bin. The only paper basket it fit in was a 13-gallon kitchen paper basket. The pocket is easily punctured. I've tried using them for kitchen scraps but they tend to leak, unlike cheap kitchen bags. I bought them even though they were more expensive because I wanted a good garbage bag. I will not buy these again.
