That does not work. I bought my next one from O'Reilly

Maybe I'm out of luck. After changing this part a few times, you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly and be able to get it done in under an hour. The first time can take several hours due to stuck hoses and screws. If you're like me, you've been endlessly trying to bleed/burp coolant with a 1999 Honda Accord V6 and a P0505 MLI/Check Engine light. After the air filter and air ducts were removed, I attached a piece of cardboard to the IAC air duct in the throttle body and the idle was back to normal (700 rpm). I removed the cardboard and it started to rise and fall again (to idle foraging/hunting). Should be IACV right? First you tried to delete the original. But then I looked online for the parts and found that they are available from Revain for a fraction of the OEM cost. Worth a try? I didn't understand why, but it didn't change the symptoms. Conservation. I went with O'Reilly, who had the part, and that solved the problem. Much luck
