When it comes to quality, pretty much what you see is what you get. I think the most helpful thing here is to provide some subjective information. The pan is about an inch too big for my taste. However, I'm the type of guy who ordered the product without realizing that the foot is personally much larger in diameter than I thought it would be. To tell the truth I'll probably just order one more, smaller one, to have. Cast iron is the best. It comes pre-seasoned, which doesn't say much. Just olive oil baked in a pan. You need to know how to properly season a cast iron skillet if you're buying a cast iron skillet, so keep that in mind after you've cleaned it.
