Directions could be clearer but if you have some mechanical skills it goes together fairly easy I was suprised everything lined up bolt hole wise I only had to use a little force with big screwdriver on one hinge to get it aligned properly. It held my electric wheelchair good was easy to operate sometimes chair needed a little bit of help to climb ramp . One drawback where I live in Colorado lots of dirt roads so chair got really dusty I have since bought folding ramps and load chair directly in Yukon cargo area so no dust
