Unfortunately it didn't work on my computer

Maybe it was just me but when I plugged it in the only thing that happened is that it turned off my computer. The tray did not come out, the system did not recognize it. I have to commend the company; They responded to my complaint the next day and refunded all my money with no questions asked. I don't know what happened, I'm not Tekki.
