the first one did not work and replacing
My remote with the button was chewed by a dog, the buttons on the front work but the side with the button doesn't. I ordered this remote control and when it arrived I replaced the batteries on my old remote control, it didn't work. Replaced and the old remote was fine. Ordered a replacement and the same thing. Most of the bad reviews are for devices that didn't work or failed very early on, and there seemed to be no quality control. I'm looking for another source, maybe it costs more but I hope it works.
