I have read reviews on this product that say it cuts into the skin and shows through under clothing. So I was ready to be disappointed, but I had to try something, my back was hurting so much. I have two herniated discs in my lower back that have only gotten worse with pregnancy. When I first put it on it was awkward to wear (with a tank top underneath) but I didn't think it would do anything. I wore it all day and forgot about it. The night I took it off I realized how much he supported me when he was gone. I was hooked and even wore it to bed! Doing things like standing at the sink and doing the dishes became bearable. I highly recommend it if comfort is more important than showing the strap.
