Review on Schwinn Rascal Bike Pet Trailer: Ideal for Small & Large Dogs, Foldable Carrier with Quick Release Wheels & Adjustable Features by Tony Wilson

My boyfriend pushed me to ride a bike with him but I never wanted to because I didn't want to leave my little fluffy baby behind. I didn't want to just tie her leash to the handle of my bike and ride alongside her because that's a very dangerous idea. So we decided to buy this pet trailer to take them safely with us. This is one of my best buys in a long time. And compared to other more expensive pet tags that cost hundreds of dollars, I undoubtedly made the right choice. It was only $85.00 when I paid for it. Worth every penny and more! It only took us a few minutes to assemble. My friend is an avid cyclist and constantly compliments it on its thoughtful design. They thought of everything when they created this pet tag! There is a small strap and hook to attach her to the harness so she doesn't get too far if she tries to jump out. My friend mentioned some sort of mechanism on wheels to absorb bumps in the road and give our pup a smoother ride. There is a small pocket on the top if you want to store the pens after disassemble and fold. All the features it offers are functional and practical. There aren't many bells and whistles here, and we love that. It's very cute and the little flag is adorable. Aesthetically, it is very tastefully decorated. It's also very durable. I have a 23-25lb beagle and there is enough room for her and another dog in case one of her buddies wants to ride. We left her a blanket and some toys, but she doesn't care. She just loves the feeling when the wind blows around her ears. She looks so cute in it and seems to be really enjoying it. (See image.) When we're done riding our bikes, it folds up nicely and neatly to store away until next time. We took turns attaching the trailer to each of our bikes and both felt we weren't dragging much extra weight and it was very smooth. Neither of us felt the difference. He even argues with me about who should wear them on the bike! As mentioned, there was a strong smell of rubber when first unpacked, but this went away after being left overnight without a box. After our bike ride the next day, the smell disappeared. It's not that big a problem. So my friend came to the conclusion that if we have a solution for cycling for our young child, we now have no reason to travel anywhere. It remains only for her to buy a small dog helmet, and everything will be ready. :)
