So far I have used this tool in a professional environment (Toyota technician), I really like pliers. They pull plastic clips very easily. An extremely useful tool! I'm giving 4 stars because I'm concerned about durability. The tips are naturally thin, which should be a good thing, but care should be taken if you use the tool incorrectly. I think the tips can easily bend or break if a twisting action is used instead of a lever action. if it makes sense I've also tried using them to cut zip ties and they don't cut very well but bite into plastic clips very well. The bottom line is that the tool is very useful for me and if it breaks I will probably buy it again.
