Absolute nonsense. It worked great for a month, now it keeps cutting out. This is the second purchase from Netgear in the last few months that I 100% regret. This product fails in its primary purpose. Keeps you connected to the internet. After going through a hilarious waste of time and rudimentary service I write this off as a lesson learned and will never buy from this company again. So frustrated with the absolute rubbish I paid hundreds of dollars for. This is a great modem if you only need the Internet for a month or so and then don't spend hours on support calls and emails. If anyone needs a little used model 100% free as a paperweight or doorstop please let me know.
