I want to continue my previous review. While my opinion on the travel iron remains the same, Lovani's follow up customer service has been amazing! They did their best to get it right. Based on careful observation, I would definitely try their products again. If I could give this iron a zero, I would. I bought this iron for a trip based on the reviews. It was a nightmare. It burned my hair so badly that I had to use cuticle scissors, the only scissors I had, to try and trim the wrinkled, burned hair. There is no temperature control and the temperature was too high. The iron was too hot to even hold.
