The reason I had to give this one a star is because it is a 100% rubber insole, but the inside of this boot is made of a fabric that naturally gets wet and when it gets wet then it has to be dried. The reason I bought it was because my son loves to splash in the rain puddles and when it rains here we usually have a week of rain so no sunny days to dry it and wait for it to use it again, so it really isn't. convenient for me to dry this boot every time after we use it. Since I did not understand from the description that in this case there will be one star. This is clearly a quality boot and it fits well, but I wouldn't buy it knowing the inside will get wet and need drying every time.
