Installation was a little different than the instructions provided but once I figured it out the air intake fitted perfectly. Our armada came from abroad and the dealer demanded that we smoke the car again to get our license plates. The car has passed California on emissions with no problems. The increase in performance was immediately noticeable. The mpg increase was slight but I'm sure it would have been better had I not had such a heavy foot. I noticed a significant increase on our last ride when I let the cruise control do all the work. We averaged 19.8mpg over 1,600 miles. Much better than the previous 18mpg we saw on the freeway prior to recording. The sound is pleasant and quiet up to about 2800 rpm. Then the roar begins. My kids love it and it was still quiet enough that they could sleep and not be disturbed. I would highly recommend it to others. Especially when you know that he now has absolutely no more problems with CARB/smog!
